The iFoodography Bangkok Chapter

Hello everyone!!

I hope you have not forgotten about me just yet!

As i reflect my last month here in the far east, trying to cure a bad fever and looking at my hospital white ceiling (only The man up there knows how badly i miss my eclectic orange and now blue walls!) i suddenly remembered ( which is an awful thing to forget!) that i have a responsibility! And it was my blog! How i missed typing my day of mouth watering food and the ability of sweetness to tickle a smile out of me after a very ling and bad day. It was appalling that i had a platform that would be a source of my happiness and i just forgot about for 2 and a half months! Shame on me!

So here i am to pick up the pieces and start anew.

For some of you who are in the know, i am still here in Bangkok. And i know i will regret the Phrase but, i've been knocking walls down and just bearing now my "thai food craving" 2 months now. I'm pretty sure i am over the whole peanut bonanza! I miss my saucy, porky high-cholesterol filipino food!

But let me share some food i have clicked using my iphone. Some that i really enjoy and sometimes crave from time to time. I've learned to love to say "phed noi" all the time, cause if you just take what they give you and you are not that spicy person. Well, dont say i didnt warn you but you'll be in for a numbing i tell you!

So enough jibberish, i'll let you indulge in some of these photos. Hashtag #FoodPorn!!!

The usual duck egg noodle soup with bean sprouts, spring onions, a little chili, sugar and coriander leaves!

Sweet pork barbecue you can get at any side street!

MuMu Noodle in Bangrak. Near dusit Thani Hotel. Always a pleasure to have lunch here almost 3 times a week in the weekdays!

Street food redefined. This glass noodle with a tom yum broth with peanuts, veg and pork is all i need for a good night sleep!

Green curry. Every farang's favorite!

Pork with cashews in a very asian saucy sauce. Thats the only way i can explain it. I love this all smothered in hot rice!

If europeans serve bread, the Thai people offers you fresh raw veggies with a chili sauce of no other. I use this abundant basket to cut off a very spicy meal!!

Pad Thai for a noodle craving. Cause who doesnt love this delectable dish! Made to order so its always hot!

Coconut ice cream for a scorching hot day! And of course dont forget:

Tom yum always heals a broken soul. :)

I'll see you guys very soon!
